What you will do in this role 🧐

As a Business Controller or FP&A analyst, you are the sparring business partner for various business lines (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Customer Support) within Sendcloud in order to drive sustainable growth. You challenge our business with proactive ideas to improve efficiency and costs of Sendcloud. Together with your team you bring financial numbers and business metrics alive within the company by, among other things, reporting, forecasting and creation of dashboards.

Your key priorities and responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and report monthly & quarterly
• Driving quarterly and annual budgeting / forecasting process
• Perform Budget vs. Actuals analysis
• Analyzing business performance and proactively following up where necessary
• Perform and execute ad hoc business analysis 
• Help make business and financial decisions
• Continuous improvement and professionalization of Sendcloud’s financial processes

Our perfect match 💗

• You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Economics or similar
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience as Business Controller or PF&A analyst
• You have excellent data analysis skills using Excel; affinity with SQL is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
• You are able to adapt fast and problem solve, and you feel at home in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• You are proactive and pragmatic in your approach with business lines you serve 
• You are comfortable with communicating at multiple levels within the organization
• You are a team player who speaks up and takes responsibility with a can do mentality
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Dutch
