Who are we looking for? 🧐

We are seeking an experienced Global Head of Talent Success (HR) with outstanding people, management and stakeholder management skills to manage our HR team, or as we like to call it: Talent Success. You have an unconventional approach when it comes down to HR. That’s why we transformed it toTalent Success at Sendcloud and we can tell you: it's definitely not not your ‘regular HR’ role! To create vision, strategy and structure for the existing and future Talent Success team. Effectuated in an overall HR plan; divided into quarterly deliverables. To ensure our HR programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to our Sendcloud growth goals. 

What you will be doing

The Global Head of Talent Success role will include coaching and supporting the Talent Success team in enhancing job satisfaction. Together with the Global Head of Talent Magic you’ll be implementing HR Strategies which supports the business. You have the helicopter view and provide guidance on all projects within the team, driving them forward.
You’re the one in the lead on inventarising together with your team what the Sendcloud organizations needs’ are. By structuring our Talent Support organization to make sure it runs smoothly, you’re also looking into our Total Rewards in Sendcloud to make sure we are ready for our future growth and give Sendcloud employees the best experience.

You have a team of 4 Talent Heroes (HR Business Partners), 2 Learning & Development Specialists, 4 Talent Support Rockstars, HR Systems and Data Specialist and 1 Internal Communication Specialist.
This role asks to be in the office in Eindhoven, the Netherlands the majority of your time.

  • Has bold ambitious ideas as well as the practical abilities needed to realize these

  • Is strong in stakeholder management and knows what the business drives in order to get things done. And can explain what happens and why we do what we do.
  • Possesses great adaptability to prioritize and change plans quickly when needed
  • Has a strong view on structure and people skills, strengths. And makes the best use of these.
  • Knows how to manage a growing and scaling organization with high energy and dynamics.
  • Can challenge and think in solutions and make things simple and small; in explaining and execution
  • Is a natural role model – As a senior member of the Talent team, the Global Head of Talent Success is expected to demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives, and culture of the organization
  • Is a great coach and mentor – Whether senior executives, junior colleagues, or middle management, you will be proficient in sharing your knowledge and expertise 
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English, any other language is considered a plus
