We are seeking an experienced Global Head of Talent (HR&Recruitment)) with outstanding people, management and stakeholder management skills to manage our HR and Recruitment team, or as we like to call it: House of Talent. You have an unconventional approach when it comes to HR. That’s why we transformed it to Talent Success and Talent Magic at Sendcloud and we can tell you: it's definitely not your ‘regular HR’ role! To create vision, strategy and structure for the existing and future House of Talent team, effectuated in an overall Talent plan; divided into quarterly deliverables. You ensure our Talent programs, hiring strategy and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to our Sendcloud growth goals.
What you will be doing
You will coach and support Talent Success and Talent Magic teams in enhancing job satisfaction. Together with the executive team and the House of Talent, you’ll be implementing HR and hiring strategies which support the business. You have the helicopter view and provide guidance on all projects within the team, driving them forward.
You are the one in the lead on prioritising what the Sendcloud’s needs are, together with your team. By structuring our Talent Operations organisation to make sure it runs smoothly, you’re also looking into connecting our Hiring Planning to Budgeting as well as Total Rewards and Compensation in Sendcloud to make sure we are ready for our future growth and give Sendcloud employees the best experience.
You will lead, develop and manage a team of 2 Talent Business Partners, 1 Learning & Development Specialist, 2 Talent Operations Specialists, 2 Office Managers and 4 Talent Acquisition Specialists.
