What you will do in this role 🧐
The Performance Marketing team is responsible for bringing leads, generating demand, and everything related to paid media. Right now, we are a team of 8 amazing professionals who share the same passion and values. As Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Implement paid media strategies and make tactical decisions
- Own paid media for the NL and BE markets
- Research market trends and identify new opportunities to test
- Plan and implement experiments
- Work closely with content, sales and creative teams

The perfect match ✅
- 3+ years of experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (GMP experience is considered as a huge plus)
- Data-driven mindset and has experience with Google Analytics and Mixpanel
- Familiar with landing page creation
- A good understanding of ad copy creation
- Some experience with graphic tools such as Adobe Suite and similar
- Native level of Dutch language and fluent in English
