As a QBA / Data Scientist, you will be embedded within our cross-functional product teams.  With your excellent analytical skills and commercial mindset you will transfer data into business value. You have a deep understanding of the business for which you create actionable data insights to support process improvements and customer experience. You don’t only see numbers in data sets, but you see opportunities and business value.

You will deal with topics such as forecasting, product discovery, pricing, advanced customer analytics and automation. But, you are not only able to calculate the metrics that others like to see, you also proactively dig into the data to come up with innovative ideas by yourself. Your strong communication and presentation skills help you to discuss insights with stakeholders from all parts of the company on a daily basis. 

With your entrepreneurial approach you take ownership of the projects you think of in order to bring the company to the next level. You understand that long term goals start small with fast execution, and that the best projects grow when they show delivered value (agile way of working).

Our perfect match ✅

• Has a masters degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, or other quantitative study
• Has minimum 2 years of working experience
• Has excellent analytical skills
• Is proficient with programming languages like Python, R, etc.
• Can work with databases (e.g. Postgresql)
• Can work with API’s
• Is fluent in both verbal and written English
• Has excellent communication and presentation skills
• Gets excited about making an impact on the business

This position is open to worldwide candidates.  We offer (in-house) relocation assistance, which will make sure that you have a smooth relocation process🏠.

• A relocation allowance of €3.000 (net) to help you cover the costs of your move to the Netherlands.
