We are looking for a results-oriented, data-driven and experienced head of growth marketing who will bring our growth strategy to the next level. You have extensive experience managing a team of growth and performance marketing experts and you know exactly how to make an impact on the revenue goals of the organization. You have a proven track-record in driving B2B demand and understand that cross-functional work is essential to be successful. Using customer insights, you know exactly how to develop a stellar growth marketing strategy. Is that all? No, you eat data for breakfast and know exactly what to measure and how to act on the findings. As an experienced manager of a team, you know how to build trusting relationships and hold team members accountable for individual targets.
Your main focus will be to 🎯
- Collaborate and strategize: You work closely together with the wider marketing team, cross-functional partners and management to gain deep market understanding which is reflected in the overall growth strategy
- Grow and accelerate: Together with your team, you will focus on maximizing return on ad spend whilst improving the visitor to lead conversion rate on the website
- Measure and improve: You continuously monitor the impact of your programs and use this data to drive improvements across the board
- Translate data and share: Your are able to translate data into actionable insights and share these with the wider organization on a recurring basis

- At least 6 years of experience working in a growth marketing position of which at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in paid media, content marketing, SEO, influencers, affiliate, and social media advertising
- Experience in hiring and developing a team of experts, measuring impact, and maximizing return on investment
- Strong analytical background and ability to translate data into insight into action
- A “can-do” mentality; willing to roll up sleeves to make business impact
- Demonstrated success working with commercial- and product-teams to translate the voice of the customer into campaigns
- Proven track record with creating a concrete strategic growth vision—conveying your ideas clearly to the rest of the team; prioritizing and strategically allocating resources to accomplish that vision
