Who are we looking for? 🧐

We're looking for a Product Manager for our Team Onboarding, which is responsible for ensuring that new users can set up their account easily, and are ready to ship as smoothly and fast as possible. As part of team Onboarding you’ll be responsible for continuous iterations of our onboarding flow, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that our improvements are tracked and the impact measured correctly.

It is important that you gain full understanding of our business and users to make well-informed decisions about our product. You will do this by performing various forms of user research, talk frequently with our sales and support, and gather statistics.

You will help us build and maintain our long-term product road map and short-term backlogs. Important part of your job is to transform long-term product ideas into user stories. You will prioritise these user stories together with our developers. We truly believe that we’re stronger building a product together, you listen carefully to everybody’s ideas and wishes and signal and address blocking issues.

Communication is vital, you know how to express yourself, are a good listener and know how to inspire people within the company. 

Our perfect match💗

• 3-5 years product experience
• You know what is needed to build a successful online product
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• You are an excellent communicator and team player
• You excel in finding a balance between team requirements and customer requirements
• Experience in quick experimentation and A/B testing
• Experience working with customer centric or B2C projects is a bonus
• You are proactive, open-minded and up for a challenge
