What you will do in this role 🧐

As our SEO & Content Strategist you will plan, develop and drive the content strategy for audience targeting, SEO, and the organic distribution of content. You will work on different projects, such as integrating organic search into content campaigns, on- and off-page optimization, and performance analysis. You will analyze several types of data such as: audience data, market data, competitor data, and current performance data to build the right SEO and content strategy.

In this role, you will be directly managing content marketing specialists that produce content in different formats and languages (NL, DE, ES, IT, FR, EN) and you will be reporting to the Head of Content. SEO has to become a vital part of the overall content strategy and your end-goal will be to improve organic rankings leading to qualitative website traffic and eventually revenue.

Our perfect match 💗

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an SEO & Content marketing role
• Amazing collaborator 
• Experience working with large-scale content creation, optimization, and strategies
• Can manage SEO content workflows and prioritize projects across different teams
• Can conduct research to identify keyword and content gaps relevant for our customer personas
• Experience with tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Mixpanel to measure and optimize results
• Experience managing and coaching a team
• Experience working with WordPress and Hubspot Marketing

Nice to haves 👍

• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Knowledge of the e-commerce industry
