What you will do in this role 🧐

As a UX designer, you will be working on the Sendcloud platform and related services. Sendcloud integrates various carriers and online stores in a fast and intuitive tool and focuses on streamlining and simplifying the shipping process. We release early and often, maintaining high quality standards.

We're looking for a senior product designer who is looking for a meaty design challenge that will define the core experience of our product for the years to come. It will be your mission to help merchants make their shipping operations super smooth so that they can worry about growing their business instead of running it.
Success is a team sport, so we are looking for strong communicators and those that can work well with others. You will need a strong record of designing digital products in an iterative, evidence-driven approach. Continuous discovery and co-creation are not strangers to you. A portfolio will help!

What the team looks like
You will join our Orders domain, which consists of multiple product teams who cater for key features that enable merchants to run their shipping operations: From ingesting shipping orders from customers to helping merchants find the most suitable carrier for their shipment to printing the shipping label for the parcel. Our Orders domain is working hard to enable Sendcloud to scale up so that we can grow our platform to reach 1 billion parcels shipping by 2025.
In Product at Sendcloud the best ideas win. So you will work cross-functionally with engineering, user research, marketing, sales, data analytics and customer success management and support to identify pain-points, problems and what has the biggest impact for our merchants.

The challenge
You will be responsible for creating an experience vision for the heart of our shipping experience and delivering product design for it. You will discover how we might build an ecosystem that enables us to multiply our orders 10x and deliver multiple validated designs for roadmapped projects.

- We’re looking for a senior level product designer (preferably with experience working for a B2B/SAAS company).
- Ideally you are available to work from our office at least 2 days per week (in Eindhoven HQ).
- You have a history solving complex customer problems.
- You easily adapt yourself to new environments.
- You have a proven track record in co-creating experience visions and strategy.
- You know how to apply continuous discovery in daily practice. You validate ideas, using data and insight.
- You have a deep understanding of design principles, design systems and design tools, such as Figma.
- Resourceful, self-motivated and flexible. We are a start up, where we innovate, fail and change our minds if we find new information.
- You are proactive, open-minded and up for a challenge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
