What you will do in this role 🧐

As our Talent Acquisition Leader, you'll play a critical role in building and executing our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring that we're attracting and hiring top talent across all areas of the business. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. You'll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organisation to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet them.

• Working experience in a scale-up or start-up is a nice-to-have
