What you will do in this role 🧐
- You get the chance to become the specialist of these markets: with your campaigns you test which channels perform best, which messaging resonates best, what the pain is and how Sendcloud adds value.
- Within South Europe the current focus is at Spain, France and Italy.

- You want your campaigns to be effective and the sum of them to drive revenue. That’s why you measure your campaigns end-to-end.
- You create local marketing campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads that convert to customers.
- You work with the wider marketing team to execute on your campaigns but you don't mind making your hands dirty.
- You will identify and work with local partners and influencers to increase brand visibility and market share.
- You work closely with sales and customer success because you want to know what is going on, where the opportunities lie and what potential customers are looking for. You also work together on lead, conversion and revenue goals.
- You work together with cross-functional teams, including product, performance, event, content and brand, to develop marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with the French, Spanish and Italian market.
- You are the driver and therefore ensure that the campaigns are live on time, measured and optimised.
- You manage your own budget and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

- French or Spanish is your mother tongue and you’re fluent in English
- You feel at home in a dynamic environment where you like to bring structure. You like to contribute to growth and you don’t fear change.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing or related roles
- Strong project management skills: the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset to measure campaigns with a CRM system and optimise the campaign based on the results

This position is open to European (citizenship required) candidates that are willing to relocate to the Netherlands. We offer (in-house) relocation assistance, which will make sure that you have a smooth relocation process. 🏠
