What you will do in this role 🧐

For Sendcloud automation is of paramount importance. We want to truly unlock the potential of a software company and to be ready for scale. In order to achieve this we are launching a dedicated, cross-departmental business effort. 

To make improvements to our product we need the input from sales, they are our eyes and ears toward the clients and their interaction with our platform. So in this role you will be able to make a real impact to improve our product. Your challenge will be twofold: first to take the more traditional sales approach by engaging with customers, finding out their needs, introducing our product and creating sales opportunities, and second, to give input, think, test and validate ideas and improvements that should be incorporated in our platform. Furthermore your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Engage with customers after they perform a marketing action.
  • You will manage a full sales cycle from qualifying inbound leads to presenting our products and closing business.
  • You develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with different departments and teams like marketing, product and operations to improve the onboarding experience for our customers and to build an efficient sales process.
  • Be involved in, and give practical input for discussions, meetings, and analysis.
  • We use Hubspot as our CRM so if you have experience with this system it’s a plus.
  • You will gather data/input on blockers and improvements from the client contact with clear Hubspot administration.

Our perfect match 💗

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in sales (SaaS preferred)
  • You speak fluently (native level) French and English
  • You are structured, enthusiastic and curious.
  • It’s a plus if you have some experience with Hubspot as a CRM
  • You are goal oriented and have a commercial mindset
