As the Local Partner Manager – Benelux, you will own the full partner portfolio for your region. This includes technology integrations (eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, marketplaces, logistics solutions) and key agency partnerships. Acting as Sendcloud’s ambassador in the Benelux market, you will grow our partner ecosystem, increase Sendcloud’s visibility, and translate local opportunities into long-term business impact.

You’ll join a dynamic international partner management  team, working alongside local heroes and tech experts, and together you’ll grow and strengthen the Sendcloud ecosystem. You will play a vital role in aligning local initiatives with Sendcloud’s global partnership strategy, ensuring that both global scale and regional relevance are achieved. 

This is a high impact role ideal for commercial high energy and agency candidates.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

1. Build & Grow the Benelux Partner Ecosystem 🌱

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value technology and agency partners

  • Manage the full partner lifecycle: integration → go-to-market → growth

  • Define and track success metrics (πŸš€ launches, πŸ“Š adoption, πŸ’° revenue)

2. Manage & Strengthen Partnerships πŸ’‘

  • Own relationships with technology providers & premium agencies in the Benelux

  • Drive adoption and growth through joint campaigns, co-marketing, and product collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact to ensure partner satisfaction 😊

3. Increase Sendcloud’s Brand Visibility πŸ“£πŸŒ

  • Represent Sendcloud at industry events, conferences, and partner activities 🎀

  • Build a strong regional network to position Sendcloud as the go-to partner

  • Collaborate with sales, CSM, and marketing for maximum market presence πŸ€œπŸ€›

4. Optimize Portfolio Performance πŸ“Šβš‘

  • Evaluate and prioritize high-value partnerships

  • Implement scalable processes for smaller, low-touch partners βš™οΈ

  • Regularly report on partner performance with revenue and retention insights πŸ“‘

5. Act as Local Market Expert πŸ”

  • Monitor trends, competitors, and e-commerce developments in the Benelux

  • Share market insights with global teams to shape partnership strategy 🌐

  • Adapt global initiatives to fit local realities & opportunities 🎯

Our perfect matchπŸ’—

  • Experience: 3–5 years in partnerships, business development, or account management (preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or digital agencies).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, ERP/OMS systems, or logistics solutions in the Benelux region.
  • Skills: 
    • Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships.
    • Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Applies growth hacking to partnerships for revenue growth; continuously optimizing playbooks to scale partnerships
    • Project management experience with multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Language: Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus).
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Other: 
    • Willingness to travel regularly within the Benelux region
    • Hybrid setup with 3 days a week working from the Eindhoven office
