Are you an HR professional with a track record of success? We're looking for a Talent Partner to join our team, someone who can bring at least 1-2 years of HR Business Partner experience to the table.
You will be the dedicated HR partner for specific business teams, serving as a key point of contact for employees and leaders. You'll work closely with managers and our full HOT team to improve how we hire, train, and develop our people.
Your main goal will be to help us create a great employee experience and support the professional growth of everyone at Sendcloud.
As a Talent Partner at Sendcloud, you will:
Partner with people managers and leadership team: You'll work closely with managers to help them with all people-related topics, from hiring to performance reviews.
Coach and guide managers: You'll help leaders build their skills in giving feedback, coaching their teams, and setting clear performance expectations.
Solve business challenges: You'll advise leaders on employee issues, organizational structure, compensation, and other daily challenges.
Drive growth and development: You will design and implement programs to help our business grow, including talent and leadership development, employee engagement surveys, and compensation plans.
Use data to make decisions: You'll use data to understand the employee experience and help our teams grow in a smart, scalable way.
Lead key projects: You will lead and manage projects related to career paths, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
Always be learning: You'll use a learning mindset to test new ideas and continuously improve how we manage talent at Sendcloud.
You are a Talent Partner with experience and business knowledge.
You love to work from the office to connect with colleagues face-to-face and are able to come to the office at least 3 days a week.
You are eager to learn the latest Dutch compliance/legal topics and best practices related to the day-to-day management of employees.
You're comfortable working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
You’re super organised, comfortable working at a fast-pace and on changing priorities, while maintaining strong communication with your business teams.
You are a natural people person, a great communicator, and strong collaborator.
You love Human Resources and are able to engage with employees with compassion, strength, and guidance.
You enjoy having a ton of fun while you work and collaborating with your colleagues.
