What you will do in this role 🧐

As a Quantitative Business Analyst, you work at the heart of Sendcloud’s Business Intelligence and automation department! With your excellent analytical skills and commercial mindset you will transfer data into business value. You have a deep understanding of the business for which you create actionable data solutions to support process improvements and customer experience. You don’t only see numbers in data sets, but you see opportunities and business value.

As a Quantitative Business Analyst, you will deal with topics such as forecasting, pricing, advanced analytics, automation. But, you are not only able to calculate the metrics that others like to see, you also proactively dig into the data to come up with innovative ideas by yourself. Your strong communication and presentation skills help you to discuss insights with stakeholders from all parts of the company on a daily basis.

With your entrepreneurial approach you take ownership of the projects you think of in order to bring the company to the next level. You understand that long term goals start small with fast execution, and that the best projects grow when they show business value (agile way of working).

 

Our perfect match 💗

• Has a masters degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science or similar technical study
• Has 3+ years of working experience
• Has excellent analytical skills
• Is proficient with programming languages like Python, R, etc.
• Know your way around databases (e.g. SQL)
• Experience in working with API’s
• Is fluent in both verbal and written English (living in The Netherlands)
• Has excellent communication and presentation skills
• Gets excited about making an impact on the business
• Has a track record of extra-curricular activities; preferably in early leadership positions
