We want someone who can think outside the resume, recognize hidden potential, and approach talent acquisition with creativity and curiosity. At Sendcloud, we believe that past experience and traditional qualifications don’t always tell the full story—and we need your expertise to discover the hidden gems.
Owning the full recruitment cycle: You’ll take candidates from first contact through to onboarding, managing every step of the process and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Finding talent in creative ways: You’ll explore unconventional channels and use a mix of tools and techniques to identify top candidates that others might miss.
Building meaningful relationships: You’ll connect with candidates and hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment process and creating a positive, lasting experience.
Communicating with impact: You’ll keep everyone in the loop—candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders—while tailoring your message to different audiences to ensure clarity and engagement.
Solving recruitment challenges: You’ll tackle tricky situations head-on, using your creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and keep the process moving smoothly.
Collaborating across teams: You’ll work closely with hiring managers, fellow recruiters, and other stakeholders to align on goals and achieve successful hires together.

You can see the potential in people;
You have 3+ years of (technical) recruitment experience, preferably in-house;
You are passionate about creating the best candidate experience;
You enjoy being creative to find the right talent and you are up to date with the latest TA trends and best practices;
You have creative sourcing skills and strategies;
You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
You love to build relationships and work together in a team;
Excellent communication skills and command in written and spoken English.
