What you will do in this role 🧐
- Develop and execute creative growth strategies to solve specific business needs.
- Use data for decision-making and to find conversion opportunities across the funnel.
- Drive leads in new and existing channels through experimentation and A/B testing.
- Track campaign effectiveness, analyze attribution, and measure ROI.
- Incorporate AI into marketing efforts.
- Challenge the status quo on a daily basis, bringing fresh and bold ideas that push the boundaries of growth.

- 5 years of experience in a Growth role, out of which 2-3 years preferably in a SaaS company (in a digital / product marketing role).
- Proven track record in running successful campaigns and increasing conversion rates across the funnel.
- Technical background or technical marketing skills. Understanding of automation tools, CRM systems, and tracking. Proficiency with coding (e.g. Python, HTML/CSS, WordPress) and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Proactive analytical mindset and skills to find actionable insights in tools like Mixpanel, GA4, and/or Hubspot.
- Good conversion copywriting skills (for landing pages, emails, ad copy, etc).
- Leverage prompt engineering and AI tools to innovate within new and existing channels.
- Actionable 'can-do' mentality with a focus on results and aversion to vanity metrics.
- Eager to step out of your comfort zone.
