Who are we looking for? 🧐

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager for our Orders Domain, which is responsible for ensuring that our existing integrations are running smoothly and users are able to import orders to Sendcloud through them. For this you’ll be working closely with our external development team, balancing new features vs. operational work. You’ll also work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our improvements are tracked and the impact measured correctly.

For this role you will need an in-depth understanding of our business and tech stack. For this you will be communicating with internal teams, both development and commercial, to understand Sendcloud and our users, and also with the external development team to ensure that all tasks are understood and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

It is important for this role that progress on tasks is tracked and any potential issues that could impact the project's completion date are identified. You’ll be reporting to the Domain’s Product Manager, working together to create and maintain project plans and timelines, as well as provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders.

• 3-5 years of working with software engineers as a project manager / Product Owner
• You know what is needed to build a successful online product integrations
• Able to read and interpret API documentation
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
• Experience working with external development teams is a plus.
• You are proactive, open-minded and up for a challenge
