What you will do in this role 🧐
As Sr. marketing data analyst at Sendcloud, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and optimising our marketing technology stack, developing and implementing marketing processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in marketing operations will enable the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively, measure their impact, and continuously improve our marketing efforts. Your responsibilities
- Responsible for managing & configuring our marketing tech stack (GTM, Segment, GA4, Mixpanel, Wordpress, etc.).
- Own all marketing reporting and dashboarding within Hubspot, Google Analytics, etc.
- Run analyses to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with revenue stakeholders and leaders to drive process improvements
- Support the marketing team with campaign execution and optimization across various channels
- Roll out multi-touch attribution and support insights for ABM campaigns
Our perfect match 💗
- You have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- You have at least 4 years of experience as data analyst, or a role in marketing operations
- You’re experienced in defining strategic priorities for the data projects but love to get your hands dirty and execute
- You’ve been a MAP (Marketing Automation Platform) administrator (experience with Hubspot Marketing and Sales Hubs is a plus)
- You have a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and tracking (Google Tag Manager & WordPress CMS, attribution)
- You’re passionate about data and analytics and have experience building reports/dashboards (Google Analytics/SQL/Hubspot reporting)
- You’re an excellent communicator – you have experience educating colleagues regarding data analytics
- Familiarity with e-commerce and the logistics industry is a plus
