What you will do in this role 🧐

As the Product Lead for Carriers, you will be responsible for shaping our multiyear carrier strategy. You will manage our portfolio of carrier products, ensuring we are meeting the evolving needs of our customers. Your primary goal is to develop and execute a robust carrier portfolio strategy. You will dive deep into understanding the markets, customer needs, and industry trends to ensure that Sendcloud remains at the forefront of the shipping industry. Your strategic thinking will help align the company’s goals with a forward-looking product vision.

You will lead and coach a team of two product managers, guiding them to deliver exceptional results. Your work will involve close collaboration with multiple teams across domains and departments to enhance our carrier offerings, making the shipping process smoother. 

In this leadership role, you will also excel at collaboration and communication. You will influence others through well-founded arguments, making decisions when necessary, and ensuring that your team’s efforts are aligned with broader company objectives. Your ability to balance stakeholder needs and navigate complex challenges will be key to maximizing the impact of your work.

• You have a good understanding of logistics and the logistics industry - and preferably within carriers related to ecommerce shipping.
• You have experience in coaching and developing others.
• You can show how you positively changed users'/customers' behaviour with data 
• You can demonstrate strategic product thinking and excellent stakeholder communication 
• You excel in finding a balance between customer requirements and company requirements, and balancing quantitative and qualitative data
• You take feedback well, are coachable, and can talk about what you have learned
