We’re looking for a Product Lead with strong SaaS experience, a background in business administration, and sharp business acumen. You’ll take ownership of product strategy and execution together with the other product leads. You ensure that our platform keeps delivering value to customers and drives company growth.
You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, operations, and commercial teams. Your role is to connect product performance with business outcomes. You’ll shape the roadmap, define priorities, and turn insights into actions that scale Sendcloud’s impact.
Your responsibilities:
Lead the product vision and roadmap for your area.
Translate customer insights and market trends into smart product decisions.
Partner with engineering, operations, and data teams to deliver impactful features.
Use data to guide decisions and measure success.
Align product strategy with business goals and communicate progress clearly.
Foster collaboration across teams for smooth execution.
Ensure strong ROI and continuous improvement.
4–7 years of experience in SaaS product management or a similar role.
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and growth levers.
Commercial mindset and data-driven approach.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Structured thinker with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
