Behind this cool product of ours, are the people driving its growth, and you will be one of the main actors, fully supporting and enabling our Sales team in this adventure π
We are looking for a smart, ambitious and autonomous specialist to
Lead the creation and deployment of all sales on-boarding, training and ongoing development, leading to consistent quota achievement for the team.
Reporting into the CRO, working closely with Heads of Sales and Product Marketing on educating the sales team on Sendcloud.
You have solid experience in sales enablement within a complex software company, ideally including SaaS
You are competent in and excited by the use of data to make decisions and measure program success
You are strategic with strong communication skills to drive senior stakeholder alignment
You have a track record of coaching sales organisations and working with Sales Management to help ramp them to full quota.
Experience in a team lead or manager role
You have program managed or supported cross-departmental enablement initiatives from the sales-team perspective.
You have experience owning multi-day on site training events e.g. SKO
You have helped roll out a sales methodology
You have past sales experience, ideally in the role of an Account Executive, working on complex enterprise sales in a software/ SaaS business.
You have designed blended learning programs combining in person training with a
Enthusiasm for working with young, ambitious sales reps with a desire for more in depth technical experience
