Customer Growth is part of Sendcloud's Customer Success team, positioned with a strong emphasis on commercial activities. This dynamic role bridges the gap between nurturing customer relationships and driving business growth, making it ideal for individuals who thrive at the intersection of strategy, sales, and customer engagement.
This role is all about blending your commercial mindset with customer management to create long-term value for both the customer and the business.
As a Customer Growth Manager, you are Sendcloud's go-to expert for identifying, unlocking, and executing growth opportunities within our existing customer base. You empower customers to scale their business by leveraging Sendcloud's extensive network, strategic partnerships, and advanced functionalities, while analyzing data, aligning with customer business objectives, and driving adoption to unlock their full potential.
You will:
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them to unlock their full potential
Leverage customer data and trends to identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing value for both customers and the business
Develop personalized approaches to drive revenue and customer engagement
Oversee and take ownership of the renewal process, driving high retention rates
Collaborate across departments to turn your own ideas or company initiatives into impactful successes, ensuring alignment and smooth execution

Bachelor's degree;
About 3 years of relevant experience gained in supply chain/logistics environment and/or E-commerce
Proven track record in meeting expansion targets and successfully managing renewals
Fluent in English and Dutch
Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU)
