Customer Marketing Intern (Lifecycle Marketing)

About the Role:
Are you a marketing or communications student eager to gain hands-on experience? We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team and support our Customer Lifecycle Marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll learn how to create engaging campaigns that nurture customer relationships and drive long-term loyalty.

What is Customer Lifecycle Marketing?
Customer marketing focuses on building strong relationships with existing customers by delivering personalized, value-driven experiences. Through lifecycle marketing, we ensure customers continue to engage with our brand after their initial purchase, helping them get the most out of our products and services.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with creating and sending customer emails and other communication
• Help manage customer segments for targeted campaigns
• Support tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with team members on customer journey strategies
• Learn about marketing tools and best practices in lifecycle marketing
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar program
• Strong interest in developing a career in marketing. No prior marketing experience necessary—just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn! 
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for basic data tasks
• Organized, willing to learn, and excited to contribute
• C1/C2 English level
