Our Performance Marketing Team is the driving force behind lead generation and demand gen through paid media channels. Right now, we are a team of 2 performance marketing professionals who share the same passion and values.
This position will help manage the ‘Demand Creation’ funnel for performance marketing.
Demand Gen refers to the strategic process of initiating, managing, and increasing consumer interest, desire, and need for a product or service through targeted marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts.
As Performance Marketing Manager under Demand Creation, you will:
Work closely with Product Marketing, Content & Design teams to facilitate the creation of new content specific to paid ads
Manage campaigns on Paid Search & Social channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Tiktok, Etc)
Support the other performance marketers with optimisations and campaign management
Research market trends and identify new opportunities to test
Plan and implement experiments
Implement paid media strategies and make tactical decisions
Plan, manage and forecast budgets for the demand creation team
Assist with reporting the campaigns’ performance in various tools
Support your personal and professional growth by:

3+ year of experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads (other ad systems are considered as a huge plus)
Experience working with a paid demand generation funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Decision)
Motivation to learn, grow and not being afraid to fail
Outstanding self-organization skills (You have a spreadsheet to organize your spreadsheets? Wow!)
Fluency in English
Experience with Search Engine Optimization (Content, tools, etc)
B2B or SaaS experience
Experience working with ABM, MAP and CRMs
Growth marketing background (CRO, A/B Testing, personalization, enrichment data tools etc.)
Proficiency in German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch is a major plus!
