What you will do in this role 🧐
We don’t want to overstate it, but this role is instrumental in driving how customers adopt, succeed with, and expand within our product.
You’ll partner with Growth to execute lifecycle programs and own the creation of enablement content that helps customers get value at scale — from guides and webinars to upsell education.
In this role you’ll be part of the customer marketing, but also be working closely with other departments like Customer Support, Customer Success and operations.
