Belgium is a key growth market for Sendcloud, and partnerships and local marketing play a crucial role in accelerating our impact.

What you will do in this role 🧐

We don’t want to overstate it, but this role is essential to growing Sendcloud’s presence and revenue in Belgium.

As Marketing & Partner Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling our local marketing efforts and developing strong partner relationships that drive awareness, adoption, and growth. You’ll act as the local face of Sendcloud in Belgium, connecting marketing strategy with partnerships and commercial impact.

In this role you’ll be part of the marketing team, while working closely with Partnerships, Sales, Growth, and Operations.

You’ll: 

  • Own and execute the local marketing strategy for the Belgian market
  • Create local content and marketing campaigns
  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships (e.g. agencies, platforms, tech partners)
  • Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners (campaigns, events, content, webinars)
  • Drive local demand generation activities aligned with global initiatives
  • Represent Sendcloud at local events, trade shows, and partner events
  • Enable partners with the right messaging, materials, and campaigns to sell Sendcloud effectively
  • Act as the voice of the Belgian market internally, sharing insights, feedback, and opportunities
  • Track performance of marketing and partner activities and continuously optimize for impact

The perfect match has experience in✅

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner management, or commercial roles (SaaS/E-commerce experience preferred)
  • Proven experience working with partners and external stakeholders
  • Strong execution mindset — you like getting things done, not just planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on impact and results
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing, international environment
  • You’re a native Dutch or French speaker (and fluent in the other) and are comfortable working professionally in English

This role is based from our office in Eindhoven. We expect you to be in the office 3 days per week.
